Is it possible to change our biological age almost 20 years difference from our chronological age?

Now I’m on the way back to home, writing this in the car. I’m yet impressed about how crazy is driving a car in this over populated city.
For an European culture and mentality like my one, It is yet difficult to understand the way Asian big cities works. So many people. So much traffic. So much stress for me. Also the way they see their lives are fully different than myself.
We arrived to the hospital, after thinking ‘Wow, I’m lucky I’m alive!’. I thought about, I don’t know, more than hundred times that I’m gonna die in that taxi ;-). So after that everything is great! God exist!
Jokes aside, I arrived to the hospital, a big private hospital. Nothing we can compare with a big city in Europe, at least in Spain. May I compare the building to a public hospital.
But It’s done. The rejuvenation cocktail, the holy grail, the anti-aging miracle is in my blood now.
It’s was 2 hours and I was not scared, but yes checking everything in detail.

At the early beginning the room was full. My 3 friends, 3 doctors, 3 assistants and me. So 10 people in the same room.
They brought 2 boxes. It’s looks like in movies. Those freeze boxes that use for organs… that ones. Inside there was the 2 cocktails they introduced in my body intravenous.
Funny situation happened coming to here. At the shopping mall we’ve stopped to grab a coffee while we have 2 hours waiting before my scheduled treatment, at the toilet I see this label:

I’m seeing those Stem Cells inside the tubes
The showed me a little bottle of something that have cells inside. In fact, I can see little dots moving inside.
A doctor take my hand, and introduce very very slowly, this liquid in my blood.
In fact it’s little cold. They do it so slowly and every 2–3 minutes they asked. “are you ok?”.
The first tube took around 15 minutes. After that they introduce to me some serum. They said this will helps to move the cells properly to my body.
The process was repeated with a second tube of cells. The second was slowest. Around 20 minutes. It’s a lot of time for a relative small tube.
Now I receive, the impressive amount of 500,000,000 stem cells in those 2 shots. Yes, 500 millions. This cocktail is made from many different stem cells. I can not telling you how many, because they are not allowing me to say, but it’s more than 200 type of cells, from different parts of my body.
So I’m really impressed. After finishing with this now the opened the second box.
